Learn how to prevent suicide by recognizing signs, engaging someone, and connecting them to an intervention resource for further support.

In partnership with Suicide Safer Network and Compass, the Lead Agency for Child and Youth Mental Health Services in the Districts of Sudbury and Manitoulin, is proud to host a free safeTALK training. During the face-to-face training, participants will learn how to prevent suicide by recognizing signs, engaging someone, and connecting them to an intervention resource for further support.

Participants must be 15 years old or older to join.

Two skilled and supportive trainers will guide you through the course, and a community resource will be on hand to support your safety and comfort.
